Kaisar Andrabi

Kaisar Andrabi is a correspondent of BOOM with four years of experience in reporting. He is based in Delhi and covers Politics, Human Rights, Gender, Health and Education. His work has been published in reputed media organisations like Foreign Policy, The Diplomat, Al Jazeera, Nikkei Asia, Huffpost, Article14, The Wire and others. He started his journalistic career in 2018 with The Kashmir Walla (a local popular magazine in Kashmir) as a features writer before switching to freelancer in 2019. He has travelled across the embattled region to document stories of human suffering, political costs and economic losses. In 2021, during the second wave of Covid -19, he produced a film for Indiaspend from Delhi about the failure of the government in handling the health crises across the country.
