Asian Development Bank Preparing $2.2 Billion Health Package For India
The Asian Development Bank is preparing a $2.2 billion health package for India in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, it said in press release on April 10. "ADB is now preparing $2.2 billion in immediate assistance to India's health sector and also to help alleviate the economic impact of the pandemic on the poor; informal workers; micro, small, and medium enterprises; and the financial sector", it said.

100 Doctors Died In Feb In Italy Due To COVID-19
Italy's health agency FNOMCeO told AFP that 100 doctors had died of COVID-19 in February, adding that the number may be 101 at the moment. Italy is the country with the most amount of COVID-19 deaths in the world, with authorities putting at more than 18,200 as on April 9.
16 New Cases In Maharashtra: State government
The Maharashtra government confirmed 16 new COVID-19 cases in the state, bringing the total count up to 1380. Of these 16, 9 were in Pune, 4 in Akola, 2 in Buldhana and 1 in Ratnagiri.

101 Days To COVID-19
Thursday, April 9, 2020 marked a 100 days to Wuhan, China informing the WHO about a new virus strain according to the UN.
In 100 days, there have been over 16 lakh positive cases of the virus and over 95 thousand deaths.
India Crosses 6000 Cases
India reported 30 new deaths as the death toll reaches closer to 200 and nearly half of these deaths have been reported from Maharashtra. Maharashtra reported 97 new deaths.
The country also reported 547 new cases. As of April 10, 2020, India has reported 6412 positive cases of COVID-19.
Maharashtra Death Closer To 100
Maharashtra has reported 1364 cases and 97 deaths with Pune leading the death count on April 9.
Mumbai has over 800 cases of the COVID-19. The government is actively trying to containment measures and is now going to use drones in Mumbai as well as the State Reserve Police Force is going to be deployed for the same.
The government is also thinking of creating disinfecting tunnels for vehicles.
