Suvendu Adhikari is an Indian politician and a senior leader of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in West Bengal. Born on December 15, 1970, in Contai, West Bengal, Adhikari was previously a prominent member of the All India Trinamool Congress (TMC) before switching to the BJP.
