        US Economy Now In Recession

The United States entered a recession since February, according to the National Bureau of Economic Research, ending the longest period of economic expansion for the US, spanning almost 128 months. The NBER attributes this to the COVID-19 pandemic-induced shutdowns, and subsequent impacts on the economy.

This is the first time the US has entered a recession since 2009, when the aftermath of the 2008 financial crisis hit the economy.

Relief Therapeutics announced that it is expanding clinical trials for it's potential COVID-19 cure, RLF-100, to include patients receiving high flow oxygen and noninvasive ventilation (CPAP), in addition to those on ventilators.
