3 April 2020 11:35 AM ISTThe Ministry of Health and Family Welfare has reported 232 new cases and 3 new deaths in 13 hours as of 9AM on April 3, 2020. The country now has 2301 confirmed cases and 56 deaths.
All the three deaths have been reported from Maharashtra taking the state's death toll to 16.
Tamil Nadu with 309 cases crosses Kerala to become the state with the second highest positive cases in the country. All the five Southern states have more than 100 cases along with Delhi, Maharashtra, Rajasthan, and Uttar Pradesh.
Madhya Pradesh with 99 cases is one away from joining the other states.
