      Nirav Modi has issued a cheque to the Indian National Congress worth ₹98 crores, which served as a precursor to Nirav Modi fleeing India.

      This cheque is fake, and has been dubunked by BOOM before. The name below the signature has been scratched, the cheque has not been crossed and it has spelling errors. These are clear signs of tampering.
