Unrelated Video Falsely Peddled As Ram Temple CEO Celebrating With Alcohol
BOOM found that the man in the viral video is not Ram Temple CEO Jeetendra Mishra.

An unrelated video of a man dancing with a glass, appearing to contain alcohol, balanced on his head is being falsely shared as retired Air Marshal Jeetendra Mishra, the newly appointed CEO of the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra.
BOOM found that the man in the video is not Mishra and that the video is from November 2025, and predates his appointment.
Mishra was appointed the Trust’s first CEO on September 2, 2026. His appointment came after Champat Rai resigned as general secretary of the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust in June 2026, following allegations of theft and misappropriation of donations that led to an SIT investigation.
The Claim:
The video was quote-tweeted by Cockroach Janta Party founder Abhijeet Dipke on September 6, 2026. Dipke later clarified acknowledging that the man in the video was not Mishra.

What We Found:
1) Video predates Mishra’s appointment
We broke the video into keyframes and ran a reverse image search. The search results showed that the original video dates back to November 2025 and was posted by the Instagram handle Vikash Rana (@vkrana789).
The same man seen in the viral clip can also be seen dancing in a longer version of the video posted by the account.
The Instagram handle has also posted other videos featuring the same man dancing.
BOOM reached out to Rana for a response, the article will be updated on receiving one.
2) Man dancing in the video is not Ram Temple CEO
A comparison of the facial features of the man in the viral video with shot of Jeetendra Mishra shows that they are different individuals.
Additionally, Mishra told India Today that he is not the man seen in the viral video.
