Fact
BOOM found that the voice over saying 'Cholidar Chor Hai' was added to the original video dated September 17, 2016. The specially abled girl was reading snippets of the Ramayana. The event had taken place in Navsari, Gujarat where PM Modi had distributed assistive devices to specially-abled people. The same video was earlier edited in November 2018 to show that she said 'Rahul Gandhi Pappu Hai'.
In the original video the little girl is reading snippets of the Ramayana.
