We broke the video into keyframes and ran a reverse image search using Google Lens, which showed the video predates the ongoing West Bengal elections and is from Bihar in November 2025, during the Bihar assembly election.

2) Bihar EC Officials dismissed EVM Swap claims
Rashtriya Janata Dal had shared the video on X on November 12, 2025, alleging irregularities and claiming the truck entering the Sasaram counting center was loaded with EVMs.
However, Rohtas district administration dismissed the claim. District Magistrate Udita Singh had claimed that the truck was carrying empty steel boxes, not EVMs, and that it was inspected in front of candidates and supporters.
