2) Bihar EC Officials dismissed EVM Swap claims

Rashtriya Janata Dal had shared the video on X on November 12, 2025, alleging irregularities and claiming the truck entering the Sasaram counting center was loaded with EVMs.

However, Rohtas district administration dismissed the claim. District Magistrate Udita Singh had claimed that the truck was carrying empty steel boxes, not EVMs, and that it was inspected in front of candidates and supporters. EC officials added the inspection was video-recorded and no EVMs were found, dismissing the “vote theft” claims.
