Google's Biggest Announcements At Its 2016 I/O Conference

Google unveiled a smart home assistant that lets people manage tasks such as setting alarms and compiling shopping lists, throughout their home. Google displayed its vision for a more conversational way of interacting with technology with Google Assistant. Assistant is chattier, answering natural language queries with a more human voice, and it’s found its way into several new Google products. Google also announced improvements to Android — though N, still needs to be named — as well as a mobile VR platform that will come with the new OS.
