There is a huge interest in the Bihar elections as it is being called the quarterfinal for the 2019 Lok Sabha polls. Here is the Bihar election explained to you in 90 seconds.

 

A total of 6,68,26,658 voters, which includes men, women and also the third gender, are eligible to exercise their franchise in the upcoming Bihar elections. After a five-phase poll that begins from October 12 and lasts until November 5, the counting of votes is scheduled for November 08.

 

News reports and opinion polls suggest that the BJP-led NDA has a moved ahead of the JD(U) and RJD grand alliance and stands a better chance of winning the Bihar elections.
