As soggy weather caused delays on day six at Wimbledon, many were unable to make it to the court. But there were some who were lucky enough to watch Rafael Nadal and Mikhail Kukushkin play on the centre court. Kukushkin dominated from the start as Nadal stumbled. Kukushkin won the first set 7-4 on tie- breaker. Nadal losing the first set is an unusual sight. Nadal, however, won the second and the third set 6-1, 6-1. Finding himself under pressure, Kukushkin had one last chance for survival. Nadal, now in complete control, did not give his Kazakh opponent a second chance for recovery by winning the fourth set and grabbing his spot in the round of 16 in Wimbledon 2014. Nadal will now face N. Kygrios in the round of 16.
