At least 93 people were killed in the bomb explosion that happened at a civil hospital in Quetta, the capital of the violence-wracked southwestern Pakistani province of Balochistan.

The attack targeted a group of mourning lawyers, who had gathered at the emergency department of the hospital to accompany the body of a murdered colleague.

Pakistani media said that journalists were among the victims, with at least two cameramen killed.
