The biggest failure and the biggest weakness is, 'getting things done'. Everybody in India, know what has to be done, but they don’t seem to know how to do it. In the first day or the first two days, the new Prime Minister giving us an outstanding team in the Prime Minister’s office is crucial, because it is the nerve centre of everything; policymaking and implementation.
