Reuters has reported that the Japanese Parliament is set to approve a $241 billion supplementary budget, as part of a $1.1 trillion stimulus package to counter COVID-19. A feature of this package are provisions to provide Japanese citizens with 100,000 yen each, in a "helicopter money" move.
