COVID-19 Cases In India Touch 60,000; Death Toll Rises To 1,981

According to the latest updates, India added 3,320 cases to take the overall case tally to 59,662. The death toll rose by 95 to 1,981. Maharashtra continues to be the worst-affected state as the total cases reached 19,063 with 731 deaths.
