Aam Panna For A Hot Summer Day

Beat the heat with this chilled Aam Panna (Raw mango juice), one of the best remedies for sun stroke.

 

Ingredients:

 

3 Raw mangoes

Jaggery

Fennel and Cumin powder

Salt

Lemon Juice

 

Recipe:

 

1. Roast raw mangoes till the skin gets a little dark.

 

2. Let it cool and take the pulp out, discarding the skin.

 

3. Put all ingredients in a decanter (Sugar, Mint leaves, Roasted Cumin, Salt and Mango pulp) mix it properly to dissolve sugar and pour it in long glass.

 

4. Fill up the glass with ice and top up with water.

 

5. Serve chilled.
