One can spot the same set of images from the above September 20, 2015, NDTV article on the incident.

According to news reports, in Uttar Pradesh a sub-inspector named Pradeep Kumar, had broken the typewriter of an elderly man named Krishna Kumar by kicking it at Lucknow’s Hazratganj allegedly to remove encroachment from the area.

After photographs clicked by a photojournalist while passing through the area of the incident went viral on the social media, the sub inspector Kumar was suspended.
