States Can Implement The Essential Commodities Act

The Home Secretary has written to the Cabinet Secretarys permitting them to implement the Essential Commodities Act which will allow them to fix stock limits of prices as well as capping of prices to stop the black-marketing and hoarding of essentials goods and services.
