After Vi and Airtel, Jio Hikes Prepaid Tariffs: All You Need To Know

Reliance Jio has released its new tariffs for unlimited prepaid, JioPhone, and data add-on plans, starting with effect from December 1.
The 28-day prepaid plan will now charge Rs 155, compared to the current Rs 129. 1 GB daily data pack with 24-validity will now cost Rs 179, previously charged Rs 149.
Jio has also increased tariffs for longer-duration plans. The 84-day Unlimited Plan with 6GB total will cost Rs 395, which currently charges Rs 329. The 84-day plan with 1.5 GB daily data has hiked from Rs 555 to Rs 666.
This comes just days after Airtel hiked its prepaid tariff plans. Now, it is offering 4GB data free with Rs 699, Rs 539, and Rs 479 prepaid packs.
Vodafone-Idea also raised its tariffs for entry-level plans by 25%, which will be in effect from November 25. The Rs 219 1 GB daily unlimited plan will cost Rs 269, while the same plan with 2 GB daily data will now cost Rs 359, previously charging Rs 299.
