Qandeel Baloch: Brother Admits To Drugging And Strangling Her For "Honour'
Muhammad Waseem, 25, was arrested in Dera Ghazi Khan in central Pakistan on July 16. Waseem allegedly admitted he drugged and strangled his sister Qandeel "for dishonouring the Baloch name".

Qandeel Baloch, 26, became a household name for posting sometimes raunchy photographs, comments and videos. Baloch recently caused controversy by posting pictures of herself alongside a Muslim cleric and began receiving Death Threats.
Baloch, whose real name was Fauzia Ameen had a large social media fan-base, with 43,000 Twitter followers and more than 700,000 on Facebook. Baloch was aware of the opposition she faced but continued to post defiant tweets: "I will not give up. I will reach for my goal & absolutely nothing will stop me".
